Information Architecture
The IA was developed to structure and organize the content on the MindEase landing page to ensure users can easily find the information they need. By analyzing the content, user needs, and potential user behaviors, the goal was to create a logical and user-friendly hierarchy that minimizes confusion and maximizes engagement.
User Journey Map
The user journey map was created to visualize and understand the end-to-end experience of potential MindEase users, from their initial struggles to discovering the platform, building trust, and ultimately signing up. This process provides insights into users' emotions, actions, and pain points at each stage, enabling the design and content teams to tailor the experience to user needs effectively.
Wireframes
Outcome of the Wireframe
The wireframe achieved the following outcomes:
- Clarity of Layout: Provided a clear structure for the landing page, focusing on key sections such as the hero area, user testimonials, feature highlights, expert panel, and FAQs.
- Alignment with User Journey: Ensured that the design aligns with user expectations and behaviors as identified in the user journey map, guiding them naturally from awareness to signup.
- Prioritization of Content: Helped prioritize trust-building elements like testimonials and expert profiles while ensuring the call-to-action (CTA) for signup was prominent and accessible.
- Iterative Feedback: Served as a low-fidelity prototype for gathering stakeholder and team feedback, reducing redesign efforts during later stages of development.
Final Design
Measuring Metrics
- High click-through rate on the CTA buttons.
- Low bounce rate.
- Positive feedback from usability testing
